It's 2026. Does your hotel booking engine look like it?

Take commission-free bookings on a hotel website in one of our themes, or add the whole booking flow to the site you already have with two lines of code.

Preview a theme

A 1950s large-letter postcard, with your photos inside the letters.

Suits beach towns and properties with a retro streak.

Three ways to take direct bookings

All three run on the same booking engine, rates and inventory, so you can start with one and add another later.

A widget on your own site

The whole booking flow inside your existing pages on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or plain HTML — with two lines of code.

Booking pages on your domain

Hosted search, rooms and checkout at an address like book.yourhotel.com, in your colors and fonts. Link to them from any website.

A full website with booking built in

A complete hotel website in one of our themes, with rooms, offers, blog and contact pages, and booking on every page.

Add a fast, full-featured booking flow to the website you already have

Paste two lines where you want the booking engine. Guests search, choose rooms and pay without leaving your page.

<script async src="https://be.channelrush.net/widget/v1/channelrush.js"></script>

This demo runs on a sample property. A widget key only works on the domains you approve in ChannelRUSH, so this code shows “Booking unavailable” on any other site.

  • Matches your site

Set colors, fonts, corners and spacing with CSS variables, or save a theme for the key in ChannelRUSH.

  • Stays out of your way

It renders in its own Shadow DOM and sets no cookies, so your styles and scripts are left alone.

  • Reports to your analytics

Search, add-to-cart, checkout and purchase events for GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

  • Links straight to a room or rate

Deep links open the widget on a room, a rate or a set of dates, including from Google Hotel Ads.

Works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and static HTML sites.

Every direct booking is revenue you keep.

Pick a layout, then make it yours

Almaris, Rivora, Milenia, Seaside and Roamers come with choices for the home page, header and room lists. Every theme takes your colors, corners and fonts, and you preview each change with your own content before saving.

What guests see, from search to stay

The same steps run on hosted booking pages, theme websites and the widget.

Calendar of arrival dates showing the lowest nightly price on each day
Flexible-dates calendar with nightly prices
Search results listing rooms with rate plans, prices and cancellation terms
Rooms with every rate plan and its terms
Checkout page with guest details, payment and a summary of the room rate, taxes and fees
Checkout with the price breakdown
  1. Choose dates

Closed dates and minimum stays are grayed out with the reason. Guests with flexible plans can open a calendar showing the lowest nightly price on each day.

  2. Pick rooms and rates

Each room lists every rate plan, cheapest first, with its cancellation terms and what's due today. Guests can add several rooms to one booking.

  3. Add extras

Breakfast, parking or an airport transfer, priced per booking or per room. The step only appears when you sell extras.

  4. Enter guest details

You decide which fields to ask for and which are required. Promo codes go in here too.

  5. Pay

Charge a deposit or the full amount, following the policy on each rate plan. Cards go through Stripe, Shift4 or dozens of other gateways via PCI Booking.

  6. Manage the booking

Guests get a confirmation with their terms, then look up, change or cancel online and see any refund before they confirm.

Room prices include taxes and fees at every step, with a breakdown in the summary. That follows the US FTC rule on lodging fees and the EU and UK rules on showing the final price.

Try it on a demo hotel

Three demo properties, each with its own theme, languages, currency and rates. Search your own dates and follow a stay through to checkout.

  • Marivela Beach Resort

    Open Marivela Beach Resort

    Great Bay, Sint Maarten

    Lanai theme

A beach resort in US dollars with flexible and non-refundable rates, extras like airport transfers and snorkel trips, and a seven-night minimum over the holidays.

  • Zirbenhain Alpine Lodge

    Open Zirbenhain Alpine Lodge

    Obergurgl, Austria

    Piste theme

A ski lodge in euros with a 30% deposit, early-booker and half-board rates, and Saturday-to-Saturday weeks in February.

  • The Cordwainer

    Open The Cordwainer

    Old City, Philadelphia

    Aldine theme

A city hotel where guests pay at the hotel, with lower weekend rates, bed and breakfast, and hotel taxes in every price.

One website for every property in your group

Multi-property booking from a single platform — fed by our Channel Manager and backed by our CRS (Central Reservation System), so every property shares one availability calendar and one source of truth.

  • Guests search all your properties by destination from one group website.

  • Each property keeps its own pages, rooms, prices and policies.

  • Every site theme has a group edition, so the group site and property pages match.

  • Change one property without touching the others.

  • Manage content, reservations and settings for every property from one login.

Connected to the rest of your distribution

The booking engine shares inventory and rates with the ChannelRUSH Channel Manager and CRS, and works with the tools you already use.

  • Google Hotels at your exact price

Free booking links and Hotel Ads send guests to your booking engine with their dates filled in, at the same price with taxes and fees.

  • Analytics events

Search, add-to-cart, checkout and purchase events for GA4 and Google Tag Manager, without guest personal data.

  • Your payment gateway

Stripe and Shift4 directly, or dozens of other gateways through PCI Booking.

  • Languages and currencies

Each language gets its own web addresses, and guests switch currency from the header.

  • Search and accessibility

Custom domains get sitemaps, canonical links and hreflang. Every theme has visible focus, reduced motion and readable contrast.

  • Checkout protection

reCAPTCHA, rate limits and card-testing protection on every checkout. Card data is never stored in cookies.

Paid for itself in a quarter. Direct bookings up 47% in six months. The Booking Engine is the only conversion tool we’ve used that paid for itself inside a quarter.

Direct bookings up 22% across the collection in our first quarter. We weren’t doing anything differently on marketing. The difference was the booking engine — three fewer clicks to confirm, and we stopped losing mobile traffic across all nine properties. I wish I’d known mobile checkout was the problem.

Ran forty vacation rentals from a spreadsheet for two years. Off-season pricing now moves with demand forecasts and I don’t touch it. Peak-season blackout dates sync to every OTA channel automatically. I got my summers back.

I can actually A/B test rate strategies now. Spin up a rate rule, let it run for three weekends, kill it if it’s not working. The visibility on what each channel is doing per rate plan is what was missing before. RevPAR up 11% in a quarter.
