Q: Is ChannelRUSH safe?
A: Yes - ChannelRUSH is very safe. You can rest easy knowing all of your information is securely stored in our database. Sensitive data is encrypted when it is stored, and any sensitive data you send over the web is via a secure connection called SSL (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secure_Sockets_Layer) click here for Wikipedia's definition). In fact ChannelRUSH is safer than providing an employee with usernames and passwords to fifteen or twenty internet channel sites. Employee turnover is inevitable, and with ChannelRUSH you can provide only one username and password combination to a specific employee and track their actions through ChannelRUSH. When the employee departs from the company, you only have one username and password combination to change - not twenty. Websites that ChannelRUSH manages are safe as well. ChannelRUSH works as if a human logged on to their site and entered key strokes. Because of this, their computers are at no more of a risk than they would be if you entered your availability information by hand. Here at ChannelRUSH we take the security of our software, our clients data, as well as the sites we help manage very seriously. Q: Is ChannelRUSH reliable?
A: Yes - ChannelRUSH is very reliable. Our servers are located in a world-class secure data facility monitored for their up-time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q: Am I required to sign a contract - ever?
A: No - you are not required to sign a contract - ever. There are no contracts required to sign up for ChannelRUSH full time. There is a licensing agreement which states we agree to keep your information safe and confidential. You can discontinue/cancel use of ChannelRUSH at anytime, without penalty. While there are no contracts, we do accept quarterly and yearly payment in advance with savings as much as 20%. Speak with one of our sales representatives for details.

Q: I do not see a channel I use on your list - can I use ChannelRUSH to manage it?
A: Yes - you can use ChannelRUSH to manage it. Currently ChannelRUSH is compatible with 100% of the internet channels we have encountered. Our programming department is very resourceful, and because of this we do not foresee encountering a channel ChannelRUSH is not compatible with. In fact, if you have channels other software suites could not manage for you - we would love to speak with you!

Q: Do you outsource all or any of your software programming department?
A: No - we do not outsource any of our programming department. All of ChannelRUSH's software design and programming is done in-house. This allows us to have absolute control over the quality of our software, and offer flexibility such as implementing new features that our client's request in a timely fashion.
