To spearhead growth and awareness of its channel management product, ChannelRUSH has hired Susan Spencer as Market Director North America. With 20 years of hospitality industry sales and marketing experience, Susan will lead the company’s expansion into several key markets.

Most recently, Ms. Spencer held the position of Director of Product Development for OneTravel.com and was responsible for increasing hotel contracts in key markets for the company. Prior to OneTravel.com, Susan worked for the Orlando Convention and Visitor’s Bureau as Sales Development Manager, uncovering new convention business for Orlando. She also worked for the Hertz Corporation as Convention Sales Manager, where she implemented the convention meetings program and contracting for Hertz’ meetings program nationwide. Prior positions include hotel group sales for Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton, and Intercontinental Hotel Group in Florida, Michigan, and Virginia.
